+ Delivery & Set Up.
RentaTeepee will deliver, set up and take down the equipment . We deliver to Austin and surrounding areas.
+ How do I make a reservation?
It is simple. Call 917 741 1609 or visit our contact page for availability.
+ Is there a deposit required?
Yes, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required on all rentals. All we need to know is the date, time, and location of your event as well as the items you wish to rent. We collect the remaining payment the day of the event/party BEFORE we set up.
+ Does the price included set up and delivery?
No, all of our rentals have an aditional FEE. Don’t hesitate to contact us, we will happy to help you to create the best experience.
+ What are your Set-Up/Pick-Up times?
Our rental equipment is for ALL DAY and not for 1-4 hours so you can enjoy more! Our drop-off time will be coordinated with you, we will pick-up the following morning.
+ What if I need to cancel?
We don’t accept cancellations. Instead, your deposit will be held for a future event rental within 1 year of the original reservation date.
+ Are we responsible for the unit ir it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence, you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit, which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
