Our Paint Party Policies
CANCELLATIONS
If you booked a Paint Party and need to reschedule or cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the day of the class date. This will give us an opportunity to fill your spot and/or adjust our staffing.
No shows will not receive refunds.
Please remember, when you do not show up, we still have to pay our staff who was scheduled, we lose the cost of supplies we set up before class and the potential to fill your seat with other customers. We do our best to never cancel a class on our guests. We know many are celebrating something special. On the rare occasion of an emergency where we have to cancel a class, we do offer the opportunity to reschedule or get a full refund.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
This varies depending on your party type. All painting classes include all of the materials you’ll need to paint, including an apron to protect your clothes and a canvas to take home at the end of the experience.
FOOD, BEVERAGES, ALCOHOL
We do not bring any alcohol to the Paint Party. We want everyone to have a good time, you are free to serve any type of drink during the painting class, including any type of food or snack.

DAMAGES
Rent a Teepee is not responsible for any damage that may happen to your personal property.
Please wear comfortable clothes that you do not mind getting permanently stained. We use acrylic paint and it will not come out of your clothes. We have aprons, but they do not cover everything.
We suggest keeping your purses/handbags away from your painting station. We are not liable for any lost or stolen items.

HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY?
To reserve you can book online. Click on the “PARTY REQUEST FORM” buttom bellow, and complete the information.
Your reservation isn’t complete until you have submitted your payment. If you have any trouble booking, or you just have any question, give us a call at 917-741-1609 or email us to rentateepees@gmail.com and we will help you.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
During our Paint Party sessions, you could choose what you want to paint and our instructors are there to guide you step-by-step. You get 3 hours from your scheduled time to paint.
CAN I BOOK NOW AND PAY LATER?
We do require everyone to pay at the time of booking. We also ask that you book ahead of time so we know how many painters we will have for the experience.
WHAT IF MY GUESTS ARE LATE?
Please ask your guests to arrive at least 15 minutes before your party is scheduled to start. This helps us start your party on time and stay on schedule. We must start all parties no later than 15 minutes after your scheduled start time. Late guests are still welcome, we will do our best to catch them up but we can not guarantee they will have time to finish their paintings.
Our paintings and parties are designed to give you and your guests time to eat, drink, paint and celebrate within the scheduled 3 hours.
If your party runs over the scheduled time, there will be a charge of $50 for the first 30 mins, $100 for an hour taken from the deposit. If we have another party scheduled after yours, we must end on time.
IF WE START LATE, CAN WE END LATE?
No. Our parties always must stay on schedule. Our staff is scheduled according to our parties.
